Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TECXERLLON purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy with free return shipping and no restocking fees.

 


 

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

If your order has not yet shipped, please email us at support@tecxerllon.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be intercepted or canceled.
In that case, please wait until your package arrives and then submit a return request following the instructions below.



 

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, simply log in to your Customer Account (Order Management) and submit your return request directly.

If you prefer to contact us by email, please include your order number and reach us at support@tecxerllon.com.

Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

 


 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it —
unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

We accept returns for:

Unused products in original condition

Products with verified quality or functional issues

We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, damaged due to improper installation, or are missing parts.

 


 

Return Shipping Process

Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Please:

1. Print the provided return label.

2. Pack your items securely and attach the label to the package.

3. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location ( USPS/UPS/FedEx), as indicated on the return label.

4. If pickup is available in your area, you may also schedule a pickup directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided. (Note: If you schedule a pickup, any fees charged by the carrier aren’t covered by TECXERLLON.)

All returns must be shipped from within the United States.

Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided on the approved return shipping label and instructions.

 


 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right promptly.

 


 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item first.
Once your return is received and accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
This ensures quicker processing and guarantees product availability.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@tecxerllon.com.

 


 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
