Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. For customers located outside the U.S. (including Europe, the U.K., or other regions), please visit our official Amazon stores to place your order.
Not supported at this time: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Please review your order details carefully—especially your shipping address—before it is processed.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receipt at support@tecxerllon.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and assist promptly.
Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, or severe weather). We’ll always do our best to help if delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before checkout. TECXERLLON cannot be responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
